 Well the fishing season is coming to an end, although we will be stocking a load of trout sometime this month Our goal is to stay open on the weekends through October.  Also don't forget our fish offs will be coming up.  Catfish is Sept. 17th, and carp is Sept. 24th, and they will run from 8am-4pm with spots being drawn at 7am.  Please check our lists through the homepage to see if you or someone you know is qualified.  Thank-you

I would like to thank all the ladies who have been coming out to fish, some of you girls have really caught some big catfish.  We've had a 28.4#, 24.4#, 25.9#, just to name a few. Don't forget about our discounted ticket price on Sundays.  Hope everyone is enjoying the summer!!!!  Thank-You!!!

  Hi, hope everyone had a great Easter.  We will be stocking this Sat. April 30th, and it looks like the weather is supposed to be pretty nice.  If you can't make it for Sat. don't forget about Sunday, ladies and kids 8-14 get $4.00 off the ticket price.   Amy

Good Friday

  Don't forget this week is Good Friday.  We are stocking fish that day, but it also means so much more.  That is the day that Jesus died on the cross for all sin for eveyone.  It seems wrong to call it Good Friday.
   Isaiah 53:5 says , But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: ,   Jesus was beaten beyond recognition, nailed to a cross and was hung to die, and all because He loved us. And that's why we call it Good Friday!  The good news is that because He died for us our sin debt has been paid in full.  Romans 3:23 says, The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Death in this verse means eternal seperation from God. But remember not only did Jesus die for us, He rose and conquered death, that's what makes Easter so special. Jesus is alive.  Have you excepted Jesus as your savior?

Hope everyone is enjoying this nice weather( at least for the moment)..  Tomorrow we will be stocking trout, we are putting 10 tags in and 10 trout 20 inches and bigger, also lots of other trout 14 inches and bigger.  Thanks to all the ladies that came out on Sunday it's nice to see differnt faces.  Remember on Sundays ladies get $4.00 off the ticket price. They have been hitting lots of trout using a variety of bait, jigs, spinners, powerbait, butterworms and minnows.  Also the catfish and carp are starting to hit.  Hope to see you out this weekend.     Amy

There were alot of trout 20inches and bigger caught over the weekend and our biggest yet for this season was caught on Sunday March 27th it was 25 1/2inches long, you can check out the pictures on our home page and our trout page.  Just a reminder starting  April 3rd every Sunday ladies and kids 14 and under get $4.00 off the ticket price.  Also,  starting March 30th every Wed. trout tags are worth double their value!!!! Also this Sat. April 2nd we are stocking $1,000 worth of trout and putting in 10 tags and Sat. April 9th we are stocking $2,000 worth of trout!!    Thank-you  Amy!
